The Safe Cycling Scheme

We encourage pupils to consider walking or cycling to school where possible.

If you do cycle to school you should follow the usual safety guidelines including: wearing a well-fitting helmet and high visibility outer clothing, using lights when it is dark, making sure your bike is properly maintained, and cycling sensibly with consideration for other road users and pedestrians.
