Valencia Trip February 2012

The Year 10 and 11 football teams enjoyed a 5 day trip to Valencia during February half term where they were trained by Valencia CF coaches, played against some local Spanish opposition and went to see Valencia versus Sporting Gijon.

Valencia won their game 4-0 but BRGS teams found it difficult against some good Spanish opposition on hard pitches. The Year 11 team lost 2-0 and the Year 10 team lost 5-2.

The weather was great and the coaching first class, and with excellent behaviour from the BRGS students, a fantastic time was had by all.
