Rossendale School Olympics July 2012

An Olympic theme was adopted for this year's Rossendale Schools' Athletics' Event as more than 500 high school athletes competed in a series of competitions.

After all the events were completed BRGS won the Year 7 boys and girls categories, Alder Grange won the Year 8 and 9 boys categories and Haslingden High won the Year 8 and 9 girls categories

The overall winner, for the first time in the last 12 years, was Haslingden High.
