Cheerleading Champions

Nearly 50 BRGS pupils from Year 7-10 met at the Velodrome to compete in the UKCA National Cheerleading Competition on the 23^rd June.

The results from this national competition were fantastic with four 1^st places!
Key Stage 3 Level 1 Cheer – BRGS Sapphires Blue Squad (Years 7-9) 6^th Place
Key Stage 4 Level 3 Cheer – BRGS Sapphires Silver Squad (Years 7-10) 1^st Place
Key Stage 3 Street Cheer – BRGS Sapphires Blue Squad (Years 8 & 9) 1^st Place
Key Stage 4 Street Cheer – BRGS Street Sapphires (Year 10) 2^nd Place
Key Stage 3 Pom Dance – BRGS Sapphires Blue Squad (Year 9) 5^th Place
Key Stage 3 Pom Dance – BRGS Sapphires White Squad (Year 7 & 8) 1^st Place
Key Stage 4 Pom Dance – BRGS Sapphires Silver Squad (Year 10) 1^st Place
