Celebrating Eid

On 23rd September BRGS students celebrated Eid with a fashion show, henna and dancing. Fourteen students performed an assembly explaining the meaning of Eid for Muslims, where Ishmaeel told us of his experience at Hajj and what that meant to him, and his brother Ali recited the Call to Prayer. Many people turned out to share in the celebration of different Muslim cultures within our school community. Money raised was donated to Save the Children.
