The challenge was to conceptualise, design and create a product or device to promote diet, health, fitness and wellbeing as a positive lifestyle for young people.

The winning team designed a full length mirror which imaged a body and compared its shape over time in order to monitor how its shape changes during a diet and exercise regime, and would even recommend exercises to help tone particular parts of the body.

The winning team will represent BRGS in the regional Lionheart finals in October 2016.

Special mention goes to Hannah Ahmed who received an award which is only given out no more than three times nationally per academic year for her conduct, enthusiasm, leadership and motivation throughout the day.
