British Biology Olympiad Brilliance

42 Year 12 students A level Biology students participated in the annual British Biology Olympiad with some excellent results:

10 students received commendations and 5 students were highly commended. 

8 students were awarded Bronze Medals with Chloe, Jerry and Erin receiving Silver Medals.  Orla was awarded a highly sought after Gold Medal.

The British Biology Olympiad (BBO) intends to challenge students with an interest in biology to extend their skills and demonstrate their knowledge and is open to students in post-16 education.  The competition consists of two, 45 minute multiple choice papers taken under exam conditions.
