Year 11 Careers Fair 2021

On Wednesday 13th October we invited a whole host of professionals to come and share their experiences with our young people as they consider their careers and next steps. We are grateful for the many parents and representatives from universities and colleges who freely gave up their time to allow Year 11 students to be curious about their careers. 

A whole host of careers were represented including: Crime Scene Investigator, Software Engineer, Nurse, Vet, Marketing Manager, Dentist, Accountant, Animator, Business Manager, Scientific Manager, Armed Forces, Radiographer and many more.  Information regarding apprenticeships was also shared along with the opportunity for students to talk with professionals from universities including Bath, Newcastle and Salford.  Hopwood Hall, Myerscough College and UCFB Burnley Campus were also represented.  Thanks to all for providing the opportunity and to our Careers Advisor, Mrs Grenaghan, for organising.
