Badminton ace

Akshay Narayan is collecting a number of medals in the world of badminton.  Playing for the Lancashire 1 U13s badminton team, Akshay competes at a national level representing Lancashire in Badminton England tournaments across the country.

To date, Akshay has won two silver  medals in the Badminton England tournaments: the first in Milton Keynes in August 2015 and the second in Leicester in October 2015 both in Boys' Level Doubles. Also in October he added to his medal tally with silver medals in the Boys' Singles and Boys' Doubles tournament in the 'Wigan Badminton Bonanza'.  Brilliant news!
