Rising Tennis Star

Ema Lodererova recently participated in the Nike Junior International Edinburgh Tennis Tour.  She reached the top 16 in the girls' U14 singles and reached the quarter finals of the doubles, competing against young players from across Europe.

This summer Ema also played for a spot at the National Finals of the HSBC Road to Wimbledon (14 & under) Challenge at the All England Club.  Ema lost her match to Millie Skelton 6-4 6-2 and has identified that she wants to work on making less unforced errors as well as focus on her backhand.  Ema's parents play tennis and she started playing alongside them when she was six. 

Subsequent to the Edinburgh Competition on Tuesday 18th July Ema competed in the Huddersfield Grade 3 U14 Girls in which she came runner-up!
