Art Exhibition 2014

The art department recently held our annual sixth form art exhibition where a wonderful array of high quality work was exhibited by Year 12 and Year 13 art students. We were pleased to have been able to exhibit some of the excellent GCSE work too from this year. The general, exceptionally high standard was commented on by visitors as was the very different approach, styles and concepts.

Students from this year 13 cohort are going on to do fine art and history, art foundation, TV & film set design, animation, fashion design and marketing, theatre set and costume design and creative events management - demonstrating a high percentage of students that take art forward into their future. Their commitment was evident in the exhibition.

It was lovely to see family and friends relishing their loved ones talented accomplishments - thank you to all who came.
